Sorry Paris that plan is McCain's plan you will have to come up with one of your own. We don't need another candidate who takes others plans and calls them their own, Obama has been doing that all along. First with Clinton and now he is trying to take on McCain's stand on everything.

Apparently Nancey Pelosi is giving her blessing to democrats to do just that to save their office. America is waking up to the democrats talking out both sides of their mouth and I am wondering if they will fall for Nancey's little plan??? Martin Kady exposed the Pelosi plan at Politico yesterday. I hope the voters are paying attention. This is all a part of Pelosi's bigger plan that we have been watching unfold over the last six months or so (maybe the last two years). Is it going to backfire on Pelosi? I hope so, and it seems to be according to the poll taken last month. Americans are very tired of being deceived by Washington elites. I hope the Politico continues to cover Pelosi and I hope the MSM will cover this also. What we need is a fact check on everything Pelosi says and has said for the last two years. Have any of the things she has said she and the Dem's would do come to pass? No.

Now lets take a look at the number of democrats dropping in the US since Hillary Clinton got out of the race, we need to look at 2004. In the '04 election Democrats started out with a 2.3% edge over the Republicans and by the time the election day rolled around it had dropped to a 1.6 lead. In this election in May Democrats had a 10.1 % lead over Republicans, in July it had dropped to 7.6%. To look at 2004 to current numbers go to Rasmussen. While the Republican numbers did not go up the "Other" did. I will let you come to your own conclusion as to why.

I believe Americans are paying attention to this election because of the war in Iraq and the economy. With Pelosi stopping the vote on drilling as the Dem's have been doing basically for at least the last two years we may see the Dem numbers drop even further in August. What better way to make Bush and the Republicans look bad then to stop drilling in the US thus driving up oil prices and we all know how that has caused everything to go up. Who has had to pay for Pelosi's little game? We have, every time we go to the gas station, the grocery store, any time we buy any thing, we pay. It is all a power struggle and we are the pawns in Pelosi's game.

I don't believe we are going to get a true picture of what is going on in Washington from the MSM because they have not given us the truth in the past.
